These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Capital Quest mobile application (the "App") provided by [YOUR NAME OR COMPANY] ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Educational content only — not financial advice. Capital Quest is a learning game about finance concepts. Its lessons, simulations, ventures, and any figures shown are for education and entertainment only. They are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and must not be relied on for real financial decisions. Always consult a qualified professional before acting.

Your account

You sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Apple ID secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to subscribe.

Premium subscription

Capital Quest offers a Premium subscription that unlocks all subjects, tiers, ventures, and related content. A free tier is available without payment.
Premium is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple App Store account at the price and interval shown at purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Payments, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple under Apple's terms; we do not process payments directly. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies.

License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the App or its content, or attempt to circumvent access controls (including the free/Premium boundary or in-app purchases).

Intellectual property

The App and its content — including lessons, artwork, text, and software — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms grant you no ownership of them.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any financial losses, arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from within it. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Governing law

Apple's role
